Chocolate apple amaretti cake

Ingredients (for 6 people) 150 gr. Flour 150 gr. Sugar 70 gr. Melted butter 3 whole eggs 1 cake for cakes 1/2 short of a good rum 2 apples without peel 150 gr. Dark chocolate 100 gr. Amaretti

Preparation Mix in a large bowl of sugar, flour, eggs and melted butter. Add rum and yeast, then the apples cut before dadini, finally the chocolates chocolate and the amaretti. Curiosity ( Orietta’s tip) This is a preparation that  my friend Marianna has taught me. Pay attention to the variety of apples used. To ensure that they always have the right texture at the end of the cooking, choose in the spring, autumn and winter renettes (those with smooth green / yellow / rust to understand), whose slightly acidic taste is lost during cooking.
